Salary Range: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

-Must be licensed to sell Property and Casualty lines in the State of Washington. Licensed to sell Life and Health lines is a plus!
-Must work well in a team setting but also be able to work independently.
-Must be self-motivated.
-Must have a genuine willingness to learn and grow.
-Must be able to multitask
-Must have strong attention to detail
-Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently, other languages are a plus!
-Must be able to navigate computer systems.
-Must take very good notes on every client interaction.
-Must set follow up reminders to re-quote clients every 6 months.
-Service existing accounts making sure to always offer protection plans on any missing lines
-Generate new business opportunities by making outbound calls.
-Run quotes for leads that come into the office.
-Conduct policy reviews to make sure clients' protection plans stay comprehensive as they experience life events.
