If you have proven experience selling in another industry, plus great customer service skills, and are ready to learn and grow, we can teach you everything you need to know about the industry. If you are looking for the chance to learn new skills and grow your career, this may be the role for you. Entry-level applicants will begin with a $30,000 base salary and with opportunity to earn commission. (Some offices are commission based only)
Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $38,000.00 per month

Prior Sales Experience.

A Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
Be capable of handling customer rejection.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
Ability to adapt to change, learn new things quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
Process customer policy change requests.
Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Document each customer contact in eAgent.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Take premium payments from customers.
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Attend training and continuing education courses.
