We are seeking a passionate, bi-lingual, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As our newest insurance sales representative you will sell, market, and service our insurance products to existing clients and new customers. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows.

 

• Senior sales position only, no service work involved in this role

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

Call prospective customers by operating VOIP telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies.

Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities.

Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets.
