Availability from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST is required.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or insurance customer service is an advantage.

• Achieve sales targets by converting agency-provided leads into new property and casualty insurance policies.
• Follow the Agency of the Cascades Sales Process consistently with every prospect to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Manage and maintain a prospect pipeline within the CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and communications.
• Handle accurate underwriting for all policies, ensuring compliance and attention to detail.
• Ensure all necessary documents are received and electronically signed by clients who have purchased insurance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry products, rules, and best practices to maintain expertise and provide excellent service.
