Requirements

Licensing: A valid Kansas Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines account management or a related role.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Customer-Focused: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and provide effective solutions to clients.

Organizational Skills: Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with insurance software systems.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholders, offering expert advice on personal insurance products.

Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely policy renewals and addressing client inquiries or concerns promptly.

Policy Customization: Work closely with clients to tailor insurance solutions that fit their unique needs, ensuring comprehensive coverage.

Relationship Development: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.

Claims Assistance: Assist clients with the claims process, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient resolution.

Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with insurance trends and product updates to provide clients with the most accurate information.
