· Active appropriate state insurance license in good standing is required.
· United States citizenship or its equivalent.
· 2+ years of personal lines account management experience; or 5+ years related experience in the insurance industry.
· In-depth knowledge and understanding of insurance products, coverages, and industry practices.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
· Ability to address and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· Meticulous attention to detail and precision in data entry and information management to ensure accuracy in customer transactions and records.
· Proficiency in using computers, agency management software, and other relevant technologies.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
· Ability to innovate and provide constructive feedback to clients and others.
· Self-Discipline to work effectively in a remote work environment.
· Ability to ask questions and ask for help when needed.
· High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:
· Applied Epic Agency management system proficiency preferred
· 5+ years of personal lines account management experience.
· Strong network within the insurance industry.
· Active South Carolina P&C License.
· Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts while providing world class customer experience.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and carriers by meeting and exceeding expectations.
· Provide clients with expert advice on coverage options, policy changes, and risk management strategies.
· Prepare and present proposals, renewals, and other insurance documents to clients.
· Handle client inquiries, claims, and policy changes in a timely and professional manner.
· Conduct regular reviews of client accounts to ensure appropriate coverage and identify potential gaps and cross-sell opportunities.
· Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
· Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in the agency management system.
