Job Overview

Our agency is currently hiring Remote Outside Sales Representatives. This fully remote role offers the flexibility of a four-day workweek. We are looking for motivated professionals who are passionate about delivering a great experience to prospective clients exploring insurance options. In this role, you will review a prospect’s current coverage, explain how insurance works, and recommend solutions that fit their budget and their family’s needs. Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Remote work experience is required.
  • Must have a secure, dedicated workspace with reliable high-speed internet, computer or laptop, and dual monitors.
  • Insurance experience is required.
  • Both P&C and L&H insurance licenses are required.
  • Must be coachable and able to follow directions.
  • Must have a positive attitude with a growth mindset.
  • Must be able to talk on the phone, answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and be detail oriented.
  • Must be able to handle multiple prospects over the course of a day.
  • Must be dependable, trustworthy, and ethical.
Responsibilities
  • Talk to leads over the phone.
  • Develop insurance quotes using computer-based software.
  • Complete multiple sales transactions in one day.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to improving every day.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly follow up.
  • Establish relationships with prospects and follow up as needed.
  • Work as a team to hold yourself and others accountable to their goals.
  • Work each day to hone your craft as an Insurance Sales Representative.
