The Adrienne Bailey Agency is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our already amazing team! In this role, you'll be the first point of contact within the office and will handle various types of inquiries while helping to maintain/develop customer relationships. You will also support sales efforts by coordinating with the sales team and agency owner daily.
No insurance experience is needed as long as you possess an upbeat, positive attitude, have excellent written/verbal communication skills and have the ability to multi-task.
Office location and hours will be vary based on both individual and agency needs. We currently have offices in Union, MO and Crystal City, MO. Starting salary will be based on experience and will have various bonus opportunities regularly.
Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Licensing: Appropriate insurance licensing required prior to start date.
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
