As a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to achieve
agency growth, retention and sales goals. You will help

Salary Range: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Current Licensed candidates will be strongly considered
Insurance License: Possess a valid insurance license or be willing to obtain one within the first 30 days.
Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service, the insurance industry is advantageous.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with clients.
Customer Focus: Dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations through exceptional service and support.
Professionalism: Demonstrating integrity and ethical conduct in all client interactions.
Responsibilities
· Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
· Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
· Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner
· Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program
· Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements
· Maintain knowledge of new products and services
· Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources
· Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generation activities
· Obtain prospects information such as name, address, vehicle information and enter into quote sheets
· Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases
· Work independently and as part of a team
