You’re not looking to “handle accounts.”
You’re ready to build and lead a commercial team.
You’re already licensed. You already know commercial insurance. You’ve worked on real accounts with real premiums, not just small BOPs and quick quotes. You understand risk, coverage structure, carrier appetites, and how to protect businesses that actually have something to lose.
But you’re stuck somewhere that treats commercial lines like an afterthought.
Adion Financial Group is building something different.
We’re a technology-first, multi-state agency operating in 25+ states and expanding. Our personal lines division is scaling rapidly. Now we are investing in building a dominant commercial lines platform — and we need the right leader to help us do it.
This is not a service role.
This is not a maintenance role.
This is a growth and leadership role.
If you’re ready to build, lead, and scale — this is your platform.
