As we continue to scale, we are expanding our remote international team in El Salvador and seeking experienced insurance professionals who are ready to grow with us.
This is not an entry-level role.
This is for someone who already understands insurance and wants to sharpen their career inside a high-performing U.S. agency.
Salary Range: $1,200.00 - $1,450.00 per month

We’re looking for experienced professionals who meet the following:
• Minimum 1 year of insurance experience (required)
• U.S. insurance quoting or servicing experience strongly preferred
• C1-level English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment
• Professional demeanor and confident communication style
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Reliable Fiber Optic internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
• Dedicated home office setup
• Communicate with U.S.-based clients and insurance carriers in a timely, professional manner
• Process endorsements, issue certificates, and assist with billing inquiries
• Track and support claims handling
• Maintain and update client files in CRM and cloud systems
• Support Client Account Managers with policy servicing tasks
• Cross-sell additional coverage where appropriate
• Generate referrals and 5-star client reviews
• Handle phone, email, and project-based assignments
• Deliver a consistent, high-level customer experience
