Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Must possess an active South Carolina Property and Casualty License
- 4+ years of demonstrated success in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience
- Knowledge of Agency Management System (AMS) a plus
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve with attention to detail, accuracy, and speed.
- Ambitious self-starter who can work in a collaborative environment with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and maintain client retention.
- Expands/rounds our existing accounts by identifying potential gaps in coverage, recommending, and implementing proper coverage.
- Obtain updated information, take payments, policy change requests, and issue Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
- Review policies and endorsements on renewals for accuracy and relevance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
