What You'll Get:

$2,500/month guaranteed base pay - no guessing

Uncapped commission + monthly bonus incentives (up to 10% commission)

Pre-licensing & all the training you need (P&C + Life & Health)

Mentorship from a successful Farmers agent + support from our Knoxville District

A clear path to running your own agency (if that's your goal)
