Health Insurance (Employer pays 50%)

• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with computer systems. 
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• A career-minded go-getter able to work independently to hit targets and collaborate with team members.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer loyalty.
• Advise clients on suitable insurance policies based on their needs.
• Address client inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and account rounding.
• Process policy changes, premium payments, and issue insurance documentation.
• Handle confidential information with discretion
