Base Salary starts at $50,000 a year with the opportunity to make up to $125,000 with commission and bonuses.
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements
- A strong passion for sales and helping others – prior sales experience is a plus.
- Property & Casualty License Required
- Self-motivated and confident, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building relationships.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and following up effectively.

- Drive sales growth by generating new business and cross-selling to existing customers.
- Identify and qualify sales leads from diverse sources to create new opportunities.
