Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Licensing: Active Florida Property & Casualty License is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is advantageous.

Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of insurance products, policies, and coverage options to offer accurate information to clients.
Policy Management: Assist clients in policy renewals, cancellations, modifications, and any other insurance-related transactions.
Customer Retention: Implement strategies to maintain client retention and foster long-lasting relationships through exceptional service.
Data Entry: Accurately input and update client information and policy details into the company database.
