Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Requirements

Licensing: Active Florida Property & Casualty License is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service is advantageous.

Communication: Strong verbal communication skills for engaging with customers effectively.

Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Motivation: High levels of energy and motivation to work in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-Oriented: Ability to meticulously handle customer information with accuracy.

Team Collaboration: Capable of working collaboratively within a team to meet shared objectives.

Technology: Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer skills is necessary.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Interact with clients in a positive and welcoming manner, ensuring their insurance needs are understood and effectively addressed.

Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by handling inbound inquiries and facilitating the processing of insurance applications and policy modifications.

Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of insurance products, policies, and coverage options to offer accurate information to clients.

Policy Management: Assist clients in policy renewals, cancellations, modifications, and any other insurance-related transactions.

Customer Retention: Implement strategies to maintain client retention and foster long-lasting relationships through exceptional service.

Data Entry: Accurately input and update client information and policy details into the company database.
