Requirements

Bilingual Skills: Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent spoken and written communication abilities.

Licensing: Active Property & Casualty License in Texas, or the willingness to obtain one within the first three months of employment.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented approach.

Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a persuasive and resilient personality.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional insurance solutions to our valued customers.

Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new clients for our Insurance Agency by building personalized solutions for their Auto, Property, and Life Insurance. Resources, training, and coaching will be provided to help you reach your sales goals.
