• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and English is a MUST to cater to our diverse clientele in McAllen, TX.
• Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal communication skills to engage and build rapport with potential clients over the phone.
• Sales Experience: Previous experience in a telemarketing or sales role is PREFERRED.
• Motivation: Energetic and self-motivated, capable of working independently to achieve targets and goals.
• Tech Skills: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software

• Call Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to our insurance products and services.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the insurance products offered by Abelardo Ramirez Agency.
• Customer Engagement: Engage potential clients with a positive and inviting demeanor, building rapport and trust.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for potential clients to meet with sales agents for further consultation.
• Information Gathering: Accurately record client information and responses for follow-up and record-keeping.
• Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and sales targets set by the agency.
