As a Commercial Insurance Sales Producer with our Farmers Agency, you’ll play a vital role in providing businesses with essential commercial insurance products while building and managing a thriving book of business.
Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

* Active Property and Casualty License (required).
* Proven success in commercial insurance sales with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverage options.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Availability for a Monday–Friday schedule, with flexibility for occasional client meetings outside traditional hours.
* Background check required.
