Job Overview
Farmers Insurance District 30 is looking for a few sales-oriented, entrepreneur-minded individuals to join an amazing team!!
Everybody has to have insurance, which means it is a steady, recession-proof industry, and we are always in demand!
Currently are looking for a few Sales Producers throughout the Salt Lake and North Utah County. These positions come with a base pay + commissions, warm leads, exceptional training and mentorship, and even allow the opportunity to learn the industry and obtain skills needed to move into Agency Ownership, if business ownership is on your radar!
NO LICENSING REQUIRED! We will train the 'right' people!
Salary Range: $48,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health license (Significant assistance from our district office!)
- Coachable and ready to learn and grow.
- Drive to succeed.
- Sales experience is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
- Insurance licensing or experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture warm leads to drive sales of Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance products.
- Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with clients.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to tailor insurance solutions effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance business development strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
