We are looking for a motivated and driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is responsible for building client relationships, identifying insurance needs, and providing customized coverage solutions while driving new business growth.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Sales or customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and marketing leads

Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage

Educate customers on available policies including home, auto, life, and commercial insurance

Prepare and present quotes and policy options

Follow up with prospects and clients to close sales opportunities

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy information in CRM systems

Meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets

Provide excellent customer service and ongoing account support
