Personal Lines & Life Sales Producer (Field-Based with cross sell opportunities)

What This Role Actually Is

This is a relationship-driven, boots-on-the-ground sales role focused on:

  • Winbacks (lost or inactive clients)
  • Life insurance cross-sells from personal lines book
  • Re-engaging existing household relationships
  • Creating new opportunities through referrals and face-to-face outreach

You will be working a mix of:

  • Existing book of business
  • Warm reactivation lists
  • Referral partners
  • In-person outreach when needed

Compensation (Built for Producers)

$1,000/month base

High commission on new business written

1% renewal commission for 2 years

Only on what YOU write

Only on what stays active

If you can build value and stay consistent, this turns into recurring income not one-off checks.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Calling and re-engaging past clients (winbacks)
  • Identifying life insurance opportunities in existing households
  • Cross-selling within personal lines accounts
  • Walking into businesses or communities when needed to generate opportunities
  • Turning dormant relationships into active revenue

Who This Is For

  • Proven B2B or insurance sales background preferred
  • Comfortable with phone + in-person outreach
  • Strong follow-up discipline (this role is follow-up heavy)
  • Self-driven and competitive
  • Skilled at turning “no” or “not now” into future business
