What This Role Actually Is
This is old-school, relationship-driven B2B sales.
You’ll be:
Walking into businesses
Building real relationships with owners
Working referral networks (realtors, lenders, contractors, etc.)
Creating opportunities where none exist yet
We do provide:
Email marketing campaigns that generate some leads
But the reality is:
You are the growth engine
Compensation
$1,000/month base
60% commission on new business (60% of the agencies cut)
Renewals: 1% for 2 years
Paid only on:
What you sell
What actually stays on the books
Translation:
If you can produce, you can build a serious book of business and recurring income.
