Salary Range: $18.00 - $20.50 per hour

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required

Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in travel or hospitality, is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to empathize with guests and resolve issues promptly.

Possess general knowledge of geography and have basic ability to read maps

Able to work with money and credit cards

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers and office software.

Customer Focused: A commitment to providing exceptional service to all members and guests.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

Member Assistance: Provide outstanding service to AAA Northway members by addressing their inquiries and requests in a timely manner.

Service Coordination: Facilitate membership services such as roadside assistance, ensuring that member needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Travel Arrangements: Arranges car and hotel reservations for member travel

Travel Assisting: Assist travel agents with administrative and customer service tasks.

Problem Solving: Handle member complaints and issues with professionalism, aiming to resolve them in a way that strengthens member relationships.

Communication: Maintain clear and positive communication with members to enhance their customer service experience.

Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties related to member services, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
