AAA Minneapolis Insurance Agency is seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Health & Life to join our growing remote team. This role is responsible for driving agency growth by selling Medicare products during enrollment periods and life insurance during the off-season. You'll provide personalized insurance solutions, build lasting client relationships, and contribute to our mission of delivering trusted protection with empathy and integrity. This is a fully remote position with strong support, training, and year-round income opportunity.
Are you newly licensed in the insurance industry? Great, your base salary will start around $52,000 and first-year commissions and bonus are expected to be around $50,000
Are you an experienced insurance sales veteran looking for a change of scenery? Your base salary will start around $58,000 and our top earners made $75,000 in commission and bonus last year.
Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Licensing: Must hold an active Life and Health Insurance license
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in insurance sales, particularly in health and life sectors.
