Are you a newer Sales Manager looking to grow your leadership career? Your base salary will start around $95,000, plus bonus opportunities

Are you an experienced Sales & Service Manager looking for a fresh opportunity? Your base salary will start around $110,000, plus bonus opportunities. 

Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Active Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance license required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance sales & customer service, with 2+ years in a leadership role managing sales and service teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an insurance agency setting.
Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Development – Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing sales and service team, driving success through clear KPIs and ongoing development.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution – Implement a structured, repeatable sales process to maximize efficiency, conversion rates, and new business growth.
  • Cross-Selling & Revenue Growth – Identify and act on cross-sell opportunities, increasing policy-per-customer ratios and overall agency profitability.
  • Customer Experience & Retention – Oversee seamless policy servicing and renewals, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction and proactive retention strategies.
  • Sales & Service Metrics – Monitor key KPIs (close rates, retention, sales per rep) and optimize processes using CRM and analytics tools to drive results.
