YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TEXAS PROPERTY CASUALTY LICENSE AND CURRENT SALES EXPERIENCE

A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS PROPERTY CASUALTY SALES REQUIRED FOR FULLY REMOTE.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

• Must be availabel 8:30AM to 5:30PM CST

• Must have a valid Texas Property and Casualty license to sell insurance or a resident license in the state you live in if outside of Texas + (non-resident TX license not required to interview).

• Strong interest in a sales career – successful sales experience required.

• Confident, motivated individual who works well independently

• Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up

• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Achieve goals and measureables by writing new property and casualty insurance from leads that are provided by the agency as well as from your natural market.

• Ensure that the A Warmath Insurace Group Sales Process is followed on a consistent basis with all prospects.

• Accountable for managing a pipeline in the CRM and following up with all prospects accordingly.

• Responsible for accurate underwriting.

• Ensure all documents are received and e-signed by prospects that have purchased insurance.

• Demonstrate competency and knowledge of new products & rules for our industry.
