Job Overview

This is an in-office position at our Montrose CO location. Hours are M-F 8-5. Candidates must live within 30 min of office.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face for our customers. You will be responsible for onboarding new customers, providing excellent service after the sale, and ensuring our clients feel supported throughout their journey. This role requires a tech-savvy individual who is committed to outstanding attendance, a positive attitude, and going the extra mile to help our customers. You’ll be part of a fast-paced team, and we’ll support you with the tools and training you need to succeed.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Requirements
  • Tech-Savvy: Typing 50 wpm + and comfortable with using CRM systems, databases, and other tech tools to manage customer interactions efficiently.
  • Outstanding Attendance: Reliability is key—must have a strong attendance record and be committed to showing up on time.
  • Positive Attitude: Must have a customer-first mentality, with a focus on providing excellent service with every interaction.
  • Willingness to Obtain Insurance License: Must be willing to obtain an insurance license before starting (we provide the instructions and free access to the study course).
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly explain products and answer customer inquiries.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a professional office is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist walk-in customers with professionalism, warmth, and urgency, creating a positive first impression for every client.
  • Help customers understand their insurance plans, coverage, benefits, billing, claims, prescriptions, and policy details in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
  • Provide outstanding service after the sale by assisting clients with policy changes, ID cards, paperwork, account updates, and ongoing service needs.
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns, provide accurate answers, and follow through to ensure issues are fully resolved in a timely manner.
  • Build strong client relationships by delivering dependable support, documenting interactions accurately, and working closely with the team to create an excellent customer experience.
