Mrs. Elise Finch-Sophiea and Mr. William Sophiea have been married for 31 years and are the proud owners of N.O.F.C.C. and N.O.C.A. Our commitment is to operate a private practice that accommodates all diversity of clientele. We have 20 Part-time/ Full-time Clinical Therapists.
