Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and empathetic Office Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations while creating a supportive, efficient, and welcoming environment for both staff and clients. In this role, you will manage administrative tasks, coordinate office activities, and provide empathetic, client-focused support. Key Responsibilities:

· Employee Onboarding and Support: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, providing them with necessary resources and helping them acclimate to office procedures and culture.
· Facilities Management: Ensure that the office environment is well-maintained, safe, and organized. Handle any issues related to maintenance, office space, and cleaning services.
· Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution: Address client-facing challenges with empathy and a solutions-driven approach, ensuring that both staff and clients feel heard and valued.
· Licensing: Obtain and maintain appropriate insurance licenses within 90 days enabling you to provide more comprehensive support to clients and enhance the agency’s capabilities.
Qualifications:
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
· Willingness to obtain an insurance license within 90 days.
Preferred Qualifications:
· 3+ years of experience in office management, administration, or a similar role
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or related field
· Experience in a client-facing role or working in a professional services environment
