We are looking to add an energetic and positive licensed Customer Service Agent to our team. In this role, you'll work closely with a dynamic team to collectively serve our valued Personal Lines clients. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working in a proactive environment, this is the role for you. This position is 95%+ customer service focused with very limited sales, however, it does include responsibilities to upsell and cross sell the needs of existing clients, ask for referrals and offer life insurance products.
